The controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website is MyCasa Spain, reachable at info@mycasaspain.com.
2. Data we collect
Through the contact form available on the service pages, we collect the name, phone number and message that the user voluntarily chooses to provide when requesting information about a home maintenance service. Along with this data, we automatically collect the IP address the form is submitted from, for security and fraud-prevention purposes (for example, detecting automated or abusive requests). We do not collect special-category data or carry out automated decision-making with this data.
3. Purpose of processing
The data provided is used solely to handle the user's request for information or a quote and to put them in touch with a professional available in their area. The data is not used to build profiles and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing the data is the explicit consent of the user, given by voluntarily completing and submitting the contact form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
5. Data retention
Data is kept only for as long as necessary to handle the user's request and, where applicable, for the periods legally required to address any liabilities arising from the processing.
6. Recipients
Subject to the user's express consent given via the form's consent checkbox, their name and phone number may be shared directly with the professional in the requested area, solely so that professional can contact them by phone or WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, as the messaging service provider) to respond to the quote request. Data is not shared with third parties outside this purpose, except where legally required.
7. Your rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by sending a request to info@mycasaspain.com, specifying the right they wish to exercise and attaching proof of identity. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing does not comply with applicable regulations.
