Through the contact form available on the service pages, we collect the name, phone number and message that the user voluntarily chooses to provide when requesting information about a home maintenance service. We do not collect special-category data or carry out automated decision-making with this data.

The data provided is used solely to handle the user's request for information or a quote and to put them in touch with a professional available in their area. The data is not used to build profiles and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

The legal basis for processing the data is the explicit consent of the user, given by voluntarily completing and submitting the contact form, in accordance with Article 6.1.a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).
